DELIVERY FOR DISTANCE PURCHASES

 

Delivery means the transfer to the customer of physical possession or control of the goods.
It is the customer's responsibility to check the accuracy of the information entered before validating the order (building number, floor, intercom name, digicode, surname, first name, street number and name, postcode, town name, telephone number or e-mail address). 
In the event of an error concerning the recipient customer's details, neither the seller nor the delivery person may be responsible for delivering the order to the customer.
The order is delivered in a single delivery. The Vendor nevertheless reserves the right to split the customer's order into several shipments at no additional cost to the customer. If the customer requests that the order be split into several shipments, the shipping costs for each shipment will be borne by the customer.

 


TERMS OF DELIVERY

 

Delivery shall be made to the doorstep of the address indicated by the customer and in the presence of the customer or any person authorised to receive the goods.
The seller reserves the right not to accept an order from a customer who cannot provide proof of their delivery address.
The customer undertakes to be present at the time of delivery or, if this is not possible, to respect the alternative conditions proposed by the delivery agency.

 


DELIVERY TIME

 

Delivery times vary according to the country of delivery and the type of product sold. The delivery time is between one week and one month.
 

 

 

 


REFUND POLICY

 

 


I - DISTANCE PURCHASES​

RETURNS (WITH REFUND OR EXCHANGE)​

 

Returns and exchanges are only accepted where items were originally received faulty or damaged. Our policy lasts for 21 days. If more than 21 days have passed since we received your parcel, we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Please email us at domain.cervus@gmail.com within 21 days of receiving your parcel for any refund or exchange. 

 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the faulty or damaged item must first be returned to us for inspection. The returned item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

For any refund or exchange, please send your item to: 93 Chemin de Saint-Barnabé, COURMES, Alpes Maritimes, 06620, France within the 21 days following receipt of your parcel.

 

In certain cases, only partial refunds are granted: (where applicable)

 

 

 

EXCHANGES (WHERE APPLICABLE)

 

​Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if a new item will be sent to you. Some of our items are unique and we will only be able to re-send you a similar item of your choice. If the price of the new item is lower than the price of the item accepted for exchange, we will refund you the difference. If the price of the new item is higher than that of the item returned, the exchange will be made after you have paid the difference in price.

REFUNDS (WHERE APPLICABLE)

 

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or refused, and the method of refund (bank transfer).
If approved, your refund will be processed and your bank account will be credited automatically within a few days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (WHERE APPLICABLE)

 

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale or promotional items (where applicable):
Only normal-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.

SHIPPING

​

To return your product, you must send it to the following postal address: 93 Chemin de Saint-Barnabé, 06620 COURMES, Alpes Maritimes, France.

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return postage will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the time taken to receive your exchanged product may vary.

 

If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, we recommend that you use a tracking service or have your shipment insured. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
