







HOW TO BUY AND METHODS OF PAYMENT
I - BUYING AN ITEM REMOTELY
To purchase an item from our online catalogue, you must first reserve the product you wish to buy by filling in the reservation form on this site. Reserving a product does not commit you to purchase.
You will then receive a booking confirmation by e-mail indicating that the product has been reserved for you, with details of the sale (delivery costs depending on your place of residence, as well as payment instructions).
The order is validated (the purchase is completed) when payment for the order has been made.
At no time may the sums collected be considered as deposits or advance payments.
- BANK TRANSFER
When the purchase is confirmed by e-mail, you will be given the bank details to which the sum must be transferred.
The delivery period begins on the date the bank transfer is received.
Once the bank transfer for the amount of the purchase has been made by the customer, the seller undertakes to dispatch
the order within the specified time.
INVOICE
The invoice is sent by e-mail to the buyer once the purchase has been completed.

BUY AN ITEM ON THE SPOT​

Items can be purchased and collected on site.
If you wish, you can make a reservation for the desired product using the reservation form on this site. You will then receive confirmation of your reservation by e-mail. If the reserved product has not been purchased and collected on site within two weeks, the reservation will be cancelled. Reserving a product does not commit you to making a purchase.
The purchase is concluded when payment for the order has been made.

Cheques are accepted from banks or payment institutions.
- CASH
Cash payments are accepted for on-site purchases.

INVOICE
